What we store

We store your email address, sign-in sessions, consent version and time, consent IP address when available, conversations and model responses, ratings, and birth details you choose to enter. We also record dates of activity, request counts, token usage, and costs.

How we use it

We use these records to run the service, prevent misuse, measure return usage, evaluate answers, improve the product, and train models. Consent is recorded for each submitted turn. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tools.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the application, Neon stores its database, and Resend delivers sign-in and operational emails. Anthropic processes message content and any chart context sent with it under its API terms. The model is intended to run under Anthropic’s standard 30-day retention arrangement; this configuration must be confirmed before launch.

Access and retention

The operator can read conversations to evaluate and operate the service. Each transcript access is audited. Conversations are retained until you request deletion. Session cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Security counters expire hourly and are cleaned up periodically.

Deletion

Email hello@esotericlabs.io from your account address to request deletion. We revoke sessions and remove readable messages, model content, birth details, rating comments, and identifying account information. De-identified consent, usage, rating values, and accounting records remain. Provider retention and backups are governed by the providers’ own arrangements.

Place data

Birth-place search uses GeoNames data under CC BY 4.0. The city data is filtered and compressed for this service.
